How to Deposit at LOVEJILI: GCash, Maya, GoTyme & InstaPay

Before You Send a Peso

• You must be 21 or older - that is PAGCOR's floor, not a house preference, and it gets checked at KYC.
• The GCash, Maya, GoTyme or bank account must be registered in your own name. Third-party accounts are rejected, and funds sent from one create a problem that takes far longer to unwind than it took to send.
• ₱50 is the minimum GCash deposit. Start there if you're new - there is no advantage to funding big before you know whether you like the lobby.
• You can deposit before KYC clears, but you cannot withdraw before it does. Filing your ID on day one costs nothing and saves a wait later.
• Decide your deposit limit before your first transfer, not after your first loss. The tool is in account settings.

Deposit Step by Step

1. Log in to LOVEJILI and open the cashier from your account menu.
2. Choose your method - GCash, Maya, GoTyme, InstaPay, QRPh or an online bank transfer.
3. Enter the amount. GCash starts at ₱50 and runs up to ₱100,000 per day once your account is verified.
4. Confirm the transfer in your wallet or banking app. Approve it there, not on our page - we never ask for your wallet password or MPIN.
5. Wait for the confirmation to post. E-wallet deposits are effectively instant; a bank transfer may take a few minutes to appear.
6. Check that your balance reflects the deposit before you start playing, and open your first game at a stake you would shrug off losing.

That's the whole flow. If a step ever asks for your GCash MPIN, your OTP, or your password on a LOVEJILI screen, stop - that is not us. We only ever bounce you into your own wallet app to approve a transfer.

Limits by Method

The InstaPay numbers are network limits set by the payment rail, not by LOVEJILI - every licensed operator in the country works inside the same ceilings. If you need to move more than ₱50,000 in one go, that is what PESONet exists for, but it settles in batches on banking days rather than instantly. For most players, splitting across InstaPay transfers is simpler than waiting on a batch.

If the Deposit Doesn't Land

Nine times out of ten a missing deposit is a queue, not a loss. Work through these in order before you panic.

• Check the maintenance window. GCash runs scheduled maintenance from 12:00 to 03:00 PHT, and transfers attempted inside it can queue rather than post immediately.
• Confirm the money actually left. Open your wallet's transaction history - if there's no outgoing entry, the transfer never started and nothing is lost.
• Check whose name is on the sending account. A transfer from someone else's wallet will be rejected on principle, however well-intentioned.
• Give InstaPay its full window. It usually clears in minutes but is documented to take up to a few hours, and it runs 24/7 including weekends.
• If you used PESONet, count in banking days. It batches - a Friday-evening transfer may not appear until the next banking day.
• Still nothing after that? Contact support with the reference number from your wallet app. That number is what lets us trace it; without it we're guessing.
