How We Review: Seven Criteria and an Honest List of Limits
Before you rely on a page about an operator, you should know how that page was put together. This is our method. LOVEJILI is an independent guide, not a casino. It takes no deposits, runs no games and holds no accounts. It is written for adults 21+ and does not publish scores or rankings.
What a description is
A description on this site is an account of what an operator has published about itself, checked against public sources where possible. It is not a verdict, an endorsement or a warning. It is closer to a reading guide that tells you what is on the page, what is missing and what to ask.
We wrote it this way because the alternative misleads. A site that has never handled your deposit has no basis for telling you an operator is 'trusted' or 'the best'. It can only tell you what the operator has committed to in writing, and that is worth knowing, because written commitments are what a regulator or a complaint process can later refer to.
The seven criteria
- Licence disclosure. A company name, a regulator and a public register entry that match.
- Payment rails. Named deposit and withdrawal methods on recognised bank or e-wallet rails.
- Terms clarity. Wagering, expiry, bet caps and withdrawal rules that a reader can find and follow.
- KYC rules. The documents needed and the point at which they are requested.
- Complaint route and support channels. Official contacts on the operator's own domain, and a path beyond chat.
- Responsible-gaming tools. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion that are available and explained.
- App distribution. Whether any app is a store listing, a file or a web shortcut, and whether that is stated plainly.
Verifiable against unverifiable
| Topic | What we can verify | What we cannot |
|---|---|---|
| Licensing | Whether a company name appears on PAGCOR's public list | The operator's day-to-day compliance |
| Payments | Which methods are named, and how public rails work | Your payout time, fees or limits, which are set by the operator |
| Bonuses | Whether terms are published and readable | Current amounts, and how terms are enforced |
| Games | Providers' published theoretical RTP | Fairness of results at any operator |
| Support | Which channels are listed | Response quality or dispute outcomes |
| Apps | Presence in official stores | The safety of any file offered outside them |
On public rails specifically: InstaPay transfers are real-time and subject to a per-transaction cap, and PESONet transfers settle in batches on banking days. Anything operator-specific belongs to the operator's cashier page.
How we handle money
Some links may be partner links, and the site may receive a commission if a reader registers through one. We disclose that because readers are entitled to know. No payment changes wording. We do not sell favourable descriptions, we do not remove findings on request, and we do not accept sponsored 'reviews'.
Why you will find no scores
Look again at the right-hand column of the table. The things we cannot verify are the things a score would need. Any rating we published would mostly reflect how tidy an operator's website is, and a ranking would add false precision on top. So we describe and stop there.
Keeping pages current
Each page shows a modified date. Operators change terms frequently, and a description can go stale between updates. Always confirm on the operator's own site, and where it differs from ours, treat the operator's current page as authoritative.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a LOVEJILI description a recommendation?
No. It reports what an operator publishes against seven criteria. It is not an endorsement and carries no score.
Why do you not state withdrawal times?
They are set by the operator and cannot be verified from outside. The operator's cashier page is the source.
Can an operator pay to change its description?
No. Some links may be partner links, but no payment changes wording or removes findings.
